Product development (R&D)

Our experience is at the customer’s service to support him in the delicate phase of the development of the product idea: after having thoroughly analysed the request, we draft a technical and functional analysis document that sets the features of the product and, if they are present, of all its components.

Prototyping

The following step is prototyping, the activity of developing a sample of the product and its components, so as to confirm what indicated in the analysis of the product and possibly make the necessary corrections to make the project more effective.

Co-design

Thanks to the skills gained in more than 20 years and hundreds of projects successfully achieved, we offer a co-design service with which we not only work actively to improve the technical features of the product, but also design features and specific functionality.

Process simulation

The first phase of the production process consists in the process simulation, a step in which the potential problems of the mould are analysed before proceeding with manufacturing, thus preventing burns, deformations, contractions, bad connection lines and an imperfect compaction of the product.

Product industrialisation

The product industrialisation combines aspects related to analysis and prototyping with the product requirements, which are connected to the components and production cycles of each single element. During this step we carry out multiple quality checks to meet the levels of performance required by the customer.

Mass production

After establishing the industrialisation process, we can set the medium and long term mass production, so as to maintain a level of supply on the basis of customer needs.
